Can I get an invoice or its copy?

All invoices are handled by PayPal. In your PayPal account you will find all your transaction details. In the Account tab (option available only for account owners) you can also review the whole transaction history, current balance and your monthly subscription rate.

Who is an account owner and how do I change it?

Account owner is a person that has created the Springloops account. This person is in charge of upgrading/downgrading the account, closing it, handling the bills and others. The account owner cannot be removed from the Springloops account.

You can change the account owner by mailing Springloops Support only.

How do I change my payment details like credit card?

Such changes are handled by PayPal only. To do it, please login to your PayPal account. However PayPal after major account changes may cancel your subscriptions. In that case your Springloops account is not cancelled and your data are safe.

You have 5 days to create a new subscription, before your account will be frozen. Your account may be closed due to lack of payments after 14 days. Setting up a new PayPal Springloops subscription in the Account Tab takes approximately 5 minutes.

How can I cancel my account?

To cancel Springloops account you need to be the account owner. Please go to the Account tab and click “I understand” link at the bottom of the page. Then click “Please cancel my account” link. You will receive an email with a termination link. After clicking it, your account will be closed.

Notice! Our system is not able to cancel your PayPal subscription. If you do not want to be charged anymore, please cancel the subscription in your PayPal account. We refund payments sent to us after cancelling the service even if the subscription had not been cancelled in your PayPal account.

How can I upgrade or downgrade?

You need to be the Account Owner to upgrade or downgrade your Springloops account to a new plan. To do that, please go to the Account tab and select your new plan from the table.

You can upgrade your account any time if your balance is not debited. The new plan is applied automatically. New price list will be provided with the next accounting period.

You can also downgrade your account any time if your used space and number of projects is not greater than the limit allowed for the particular plan. New plan price will be introduced from the next accounting period but the plan will be downgraded immediately.

We are sorry, but downgrading a free account is not possible at this moment.

What about refund policy?

We don’t provide refunds for services terminated before the end of the payment period. However we provide refunds for incorrectly calculated fees. We also provide discounts for winning new clients.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Choosing a paid account plan will allow you to use it for 30 days without the need to perform a PayPal payment. After those 30 days, providing you do not cancel the service, you will be asked to set up a PayPal account or send a PayPal Payment to increase your Springloops balance with a value no smaller than the value of your Springloops plan rate. You will have 7 days to do that, after that period your account will be frozen.

Upgrading the account will end your trial period and you will be asked to make a payment.

You can also use a free account without a time limit.

Upgrades from free-of-charge to paid plans have no trial period. This applies only to new accounts.

How do I cancel my PayPal subscription?

1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Click "History"
3. Select "Subscriptions" using the "Show:" drop-down box.
4. Select a time frame from the "For:" drop-down box. If you have your account longer than a month select "Past Year".
5. Press submit.
6. Select an entry called "Subscription Creation" with "Neutrin Investments" in the "Name/Email" column
7. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow.

How to change my PayPal account?

1. Please log into your current PayPal account and cancel you current Springloops subscription.
2. Your Springloops account won't be canclled and your data are safe.
3. Login into your Springloops account, navigate to Account tab and set up a new PayPal subscription with your new PayPal account
